At Lynwood Candle Co. your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality, natural, and uniquely crafted products for you and your loved ones. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at lynwoodcandlecompany@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
 
Refund Eligibility: Unused items purchased directly from our shop are eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Policy Duration: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond 10 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may delay the posting of refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at lynwoodcandlecompany@gmail.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
